Our workforce development experts provide a multitude of employment and training solutions for the biotech sector.
Workforce Investment Boards - make key policy decisions on how to leverage and utilize funding to meet market demands, manage project performance and outcomes, and facilitate partner communications.
Community Colleges - develop and deliver industry-driven curriculum in both traditional and short-term intensive formats.
One-Stop Career Centers – provide integral case management and support to the trainees; implement the model’s testing and assessment program, and prepare the graduates for employment with partner companies.
Community-Based Organizations - recruit low skilled individuals and provided additional counseling and supportive services.
Consultants - recruit employer partners, develop additional training models, coordinate research for surveys, assist with employer communications and technical assistance.
